Fishing at the Falkertsee
A special experience awaits anglers at the idyllically situated Falkertsee lake: char and brown trout frolic in the clear, cold mountain water - surrounded by a breathtaking Alpine backdrop. Whether it's early in the morning on the shore or relaxed fishing from a boat - here you will find relaxation, nature and the perfect fishing experience in the Carinthian Nockberge mountains.
Sport fishing
- Permitted lures: spoons and spinners from size 2 with 1 hook
- Artificial fly with and without glass bead
- 3 fish can be taken per fishing day ticket:
- Minimum size 25 cm
- Please return undersized, unharmed fish immediately
Perch are to be taken freely.

- 14 metres deep
- 92 hectares in size
- Mountain lake at 1,875 metres above sea level
