Whether it’s your first turn on the beginners’ slope, a leisurely run down the mountain with the family, or a stop for refreshments on the sun terrace – everyone feels at home at the Heidi-Alm Skipark. Heidi’s Schnee-Alm: FREE with the Winter Kärnten Card (available at the Heidi Hotel and at all Winter Kärnten Card sales points)
Students (born between 2001 and 2007) can purchase day tickets at the youth rate on presentation of their student ID .
** The ticket for Heidi’s Schnee-Alm is valid for anyone wishing to use the Schnee-Alm, whether on skis or not. If another type of ticket has already been purchased, this is also valid at the Schnee-Alm.
*** The Mini Pass is valid for children under 6 years of age who are skiing alone, without being accompanied by a paying adult, in the Heidi-Alm Ski Park or at the Schnee-Alm. For insurance reasons, every skier must carry a valid pass with them throughout the entire ski park.

The hours can be used at your convenience during a day’s skiing.
Hourly passes: every 60 minutes spent on a lift counts as a full hour; this means that from the 61st minute onwards, a further hour is deducted.

Free access to the SkiPark when accompanied by a paying adult – a chip card ( €5.00 deposit) is required to pass through the turnstiles. - Children 7–14 years

- Tickets are personalised and non-transferable.
- No replacement will be issued for lost tickets.
- All prices are in euros. Subject to change and printing errors.
- All tickets are issued exclusively on chip cards.
- You will receive the chip cards upon payment of a €5.00 deposit, which will be refunded upon return.
- Hourly passes: every 60 minutes of lift use counts as a full hour; i.e. from the 61st minute onwards, a further hour is deducted.
- Depending on snow conditions, limited operations, an extended season or even an early closure may be possible!
