Welcome to the Leiterhütte, idyllically situated on the beautiful Falkertsee lake in the Nockberge mountains. Our house offers two cosy holiday flats for 5 people each - the "Lake View" flat and the "Mountain View" flat - ideal for families, couples or friends looking for relaxation in nature. Both have separate entrances. In summer there is a snack bar in the basement.
Each flat has:
- 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and a single bed (1.70 m)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, microwave, kettle, etc.)
- Living room with dining area (SAT-TV)
- Electric heating and pellet stove or fireplace - for cosy warmth at any time of year
From the terrace you can enjoy a marvellous view of the Falkertsee and the surrounding mountain landscape.

- Dogs are welcome - €30 per stay
- Electricity costs: €0.40 per kWh
- Local tax: €2.70 (from 16 years)
- 1 bag of pellets included, each additional €8
- Wood is available free of charge at all times
In summer, crystal-clear water, fresh mountain air and numerous hiking trails await you right on the doorstep. In winter you can enjoy fun in the snow skiing, tobogganing or snowshoeing - all in the immediate vicinity.
