Detached alpine hut with balcony on a south-facing slope and two car parking spaces. The alpine hut offers 95m² of living space. Two bedrooms and a large bathroom on the upper floor. On the ground floor a spacious kitchen, cosy living area with wood-burning stove, as well as a further bathroom with shower and WC. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and plenty of storage space for clothes and other items. In the large bedroom, the sofa bed can optionally be used as a double bed, and there is also a TV and an infrared cabin. The large bathroom is also equipped with a bathtub and hairdryer. In the living area there is a rustic seating area with space for 6-8 people, as well as a wood-burning stove, two comfortable armchairs and a sofa.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, pad coffee machine, hand mixer, oven, dishwasher, 4-ring hob, egg cooker, etc., as well as plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
Further entertainment is provided by a 40" flat screen TV with DVD player, as well as high-speed W-LAN.
