On the 711 m² property at 1800 m altitude on the Falkert (2308 m), on the edge of the Nockberge nature reserve in Carinthia / Austria, not far from Lake Millstätter See, near Bad Kleinkirchheim, stands the alpine house made of solid spruce trunks on a south-facing slope.
The holiday home is made entirely of wood. The only stones are used for the fireplace and fire protection for the stove.
The 1 ½-storey house offers 90 m² of living space for up to nine people - ideal for use by two friendly families, for example.
The home sun with the natural light spectrum of the sun (no solarium) and the sauna (organic and Finnish) with panoramic views of the valley invite you to relax.

Within a radius of 50 m to 500 m you can be catered for in hotels, restaurants and some catering establishments and huts in the Falkertsee region.
Shopping facilities in the valley, in the village of Patergassen (discounter, bakery, butcher)
In winter, the Falkert is characterised by an individual ski area:
Alpine skiing, ice skating and tobogganing at and on the Falkertsee lake, cross-country skiing on the high-altitude trail, ski school, children's park.
The purchase of the Kärnten Card is particularly recommended in summer. Many tourist attractions and facilities in the surrounding area can be used free of charge or at least at a reduced rate:
